This Privacy Policy explains how Nexuslink Services (“Accovo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, sign up for an account, or use the Accovo platform.

Accovo is a multi-tenant financial CRM. This policy covers two categories of information: (a) information about you as a user of Accovo (account holders, invited team members, visitors to our public pages), and (b) Customer Data you or your company store in Accovo about your own customers, vendors, and transactions. We process Customer Data on your behalf, under your instructions, as described in our Terms of Service.

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, work email address, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), company name, country, and base currency.

Single sign-on. If you sign up with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a provider identity token used to verify your identity — we do not receive your password from these providers.

Billing information. Subscription payments are handled by our payment processor. We store the subscription status and invoice history; full card details are held by the payment processor, not by Accovo.

Usage & device data. We automatically collect log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps, for security, analytics, and troubleshooting purposes.

Customer Data. Financial records you enter into Accovo — invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, uploaded documents, and similar business data — are stored and processed as Customer Data under your control.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Accovo platform;

• Authenticate your account and enforce access permissions within your Company;

• Process subscription billing and send related notices;

• Send transactional emails, such as email verification codes and invitation notices;

• Send product updates, if you have opted in during sign-up (you can opt out at any time);

• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and

• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or Customer Data.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. With vetted vendors who help us operate the service — for example, cloud hosting, transactional email delivery, and payment processing — under contractual confidentiality obligations.

• Within your Company. Data you enter is visible to other users of the same Company according to their assigned role and permissions.

• Legal requirements. If required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Accovo, our users, or the public.

• Business transfers. If Nexuslink Services is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your active company and theme preference, and protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent Accovo from functioning correctly.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, hashed password storage, role-based access controls, and tenant-level data isolation between Companies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account information and Customer Data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain data for a limited period to allow export or reactivation, after which it is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Accovo may process and store information in data centers located outside your home country. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information;

• Export your account data;

• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time; and

• Object to or restrict certain processing of your personal information.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@accovo.com. For Customer Data belonging to your own customers or vendors, please direct requests to the Company that manages that data, as Accovo processes it on that Company's behalf.

Accovo is a business tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the application before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
