Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Accovo, a multi-tenant financial CRM platform provided by Nexuslink Services (“Accovo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By registering for an account, clicking “I agree”, or otherwise accessing or using Accovo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case “you” refers to that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.

Accovo is a cloud-based account management system that helps companies manage customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, banking, inventory, and financial reporting. The service is multi-tenant: each company account (“Company”) and its data are logically isolated from other Companies on the platform.

We may add, change, or remove features from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use of the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an Accovo account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@accovo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Within a Company, an Admin or Owner may invite additional users and assign them roles and permissions. Company Admins are responsible for the actions of users they invite.

New Companies may start on a free trial. At the end of the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is resolved.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

You retain all rights to the data, documents, and content you upload or create in Accovo (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service on your behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the Customer Data you submit, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to upload it — including any personal or financial data belonging to your own customers and vendors.

On termination of your account, we retain Customer Data for a limited period to allow export, after which it is deleted in accordance with our data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use Accovo to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including tax, accounting, or data protection law;

• Upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another Company's data or our systems;

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;

• Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the service without our written consent; or

• Use the service to process data for a business engaged in illegal financial activity, including money laundering or fraud.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Accovo integrates with third-party services for functions such as payment processing, email delivery, and file storage. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers.

Accovo, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Nexuslink Services and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets except as necessary to use the service as intended.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Accovo is a bookkeeping and financial management tool — it does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy and compliance of your financial records and filings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexuslink Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nexuslink Services harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Customer Data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (including Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the application before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
